Sorry that the blog has been sluggish of late.
Unfortunately, today I am having a discectemy to repair a bulged disk in my spine.
I’ll be at Methodist hospital overnight, and hopefully back home tomorrow.
I look forward to paying more attention to the blog, and witing more once I’m better. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers during this difficult injury and upcoming recovery.

My mother had a similar procedure several years ago and found it highly beneficial – she’s done great with her back since then.

I actually had the same thing done at the L4-L5 level in high school… Which was a great help.
Hoping that this will be the end of the low back problems. I have a congenital disk disease, but Doc says the rest of the lumbar looks good.
